Jenn uses a personalized blend of Eastern medicine techniques to help you heal from the inside out.

Acupuncture
The application of fine acupuncture needles to help promote harmony to imbalances and conditions that present as common pain, disease and ailments. Acupuncture works in reducing pain and resolving other dysfunctions after establishing individual assessment based on the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It includes lifestyle changes and recommendations.

Tui Na
Chinese medical massage known as Tuina is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Principles and Western Anatomy & Physiology to promote better function, reduce tension and pain, restores balance and alignment, and improve mobility, with various techniques.

Cupping
A practice of applying cups on specific areas; to remove stagnation or congestion in the muscles, as well as promoting free flow of bloodstream within the body through the suction of cups onto certain body areas. Based on individual assessment and diagnosis, different types of cupping can be used, including sliding cupping, static cupping, wet cupping, or flash cupping by an experienced and trained professional.

Gua Sha
Using the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicines as the foundation, Gua Sha involves the application of pressure along muscle areas with specific oils and liniments to alleviate pain, address certain conditions, and treat common injuries.
