Acupuncture

A practice that has been utilized for thousands of years, involving the application of fine acupuncture needles to help promote harmony to imbalances and conditions that present as common pain, disease and ailments.  Acupuncture works in reducing pain and resolving other dysfunctions after establishing individual assessment and diagnosis based on the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It includes lifestyle changes and recommendations.

Tui Na

Chinese medical massage known as Tuina is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Principles and Western Anatomy & Physiology to promote better function, reduce tension and pain, restores balance and alignment, and improve mobility, with various techniques.

Cupping

A practice of applying cups on specific areas; to remove stagnation or congestion in the muscles, as well as promoting free flow of bloodstream within the body through the suction of cups onto certain body areas. Based on individual assessment and diagnosis, different types of cupping can be used, including sliding cupping, static cupping, wet cupping, or flash cupping by an experienced and trained professional.

Gua Sha

Using the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicines as the foundation, Gua Sha involves the application of pressure along muscle areas with specific oils and liniments to alleviate pain, address certain conditions, and treat common injuries.

Moxibuxtion

Considering individual assessment through the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicines, Moxibuxtion uses varying forms of Dried Mugwort, a well-researched herb with multiple benefits, to help with chronic diseases through the heating of certain body areas and acupoints aiming at resolving and expelling pathogens.

Chinese Dietetics

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, food is viewed as medicine.   

Chinese Dietetics involves the prescription and recommendations of food, beverage, and herbs for individuals based on the assessment of their constitution and symptoms to create patterns of wellness and improve quality of lifestyle through the Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicines.

Chinese Herbal Medicine

Chinese Herbal Medicine is an advanced medical system and major branch to Traditional Chinese Medicine, which practitioners typically train through Master's degree or Doctorates level, clinical rotation, and research. 

 

This modality can be utilized integratively or solely as treatment. 

 

It is practiced through careful dosage, regulated and clean facility, and quality grade products.

Chinese Herbal Medicine is prescribed through a 30-45 minute consultation and follow up appointments.

 

The practice helps with addressing and monitor acute and chronic conditions internally or by externally use, based on an assessment and diagnosis.   

Single herbs and herbal formulas, tinctures through internal administration, including various forms such as pill, liquid, granular powder, tea, and bulk herb form.

External herbal applications include oils, liniments, soaks, and plasters. 

Qi Gong

A practice beneficial for recovery, mobility, body function, and strength through prescriptions based on the individual chief constitution aiming at increasing overall well-being.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Because of the gentle nature of this work, CST is ideal for babies, children, pregnant mothers, the elderly, and adults in fragile or acutely painful conditions.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle, natural and safe method of energy and spiritual healing. It works to bring balance and enhance quality of well-being. It can also be used integrative with other therapeutic and medical methods to ease side effects and promote recovery.

Spiritual Medium

Private sessions are by special request only.  Born with an innate ability to help to bridge the gap and connect with transitioned loved ones and other messages, sessions include an integrative healing approach with intuitive guidance.  Private sessions are for those who are called  to dive deeply on a spiritual and metaphysical level.  This requires full respect and receptivity in receiving messages provided.
